Using the information obtained from the planning phase to design and create a
structure or project according to regulations and standards required by law.
Indicating all details on necessary drawings.
Costing:
Moving from the design phase using all drawings and details to determine material
and labour costs according to the specific requirements.
Construction & Project Management:
By using the data obtained from  costing and design, a program is set up and a
time line is connected to the cost and the different tasks that is critical to the
completion of the project. This in turn makes it possible to monitor all progress on
site and to keep costs in tact. On site management of labour and processes is key
to the successful and timeously completion of all projects.
General building work:
This includes Bricklaying, Plastering, Roof construction ,Carpentry & Joinery,
Ceilings, Metalwork, Tiling, Plumbing, Paintwork etc.
Concrete work:
This entails mass concrete, concrete in foundations, surface beds, suspended
slabs and beams and reinforced concrete.
Structural steelwork:
Manufacturing and erection of structural steel, Portal frames, roof structures etc.
Civil work:
Earthworks, drainage, sewage and other services including road work.
Maintenance:
The maintaining of existing structures from waterproofing, painting, plumbing, tiling
etc.
Quality control:
Through constant management on site we ensure high quality end products.
